A real-life RPG. You get a painted character, a party of guides and a world that grows — but the only thing that levels it is what you genuinely did today.
Habit apps give you a tick. This gives you a character.
MAIN QUEST takes the parts of an RPG that actually hook people — a hero you care about, a party with opinions, a map that fills in, gear you earned — and bolts them to the unglamorous stuff: training, eating, money, work, people. Your hero cannot be levelled with coins, streak freezes or wishful tapping. The XP is granted on the server, only when a real action is logged. That constraint is the whole point. When your character is strong, so are you.
How a day plays
I
Become someone
Upload a photo and it paints you into the world's art style, or pick from 48 ready-made heroes. Name yourself, choose what you're actually trying to fix. Takes two minutes and you do it before you ever make an account.
II
Live your day
Go to the gym. Cook the thing. Pay the bill. Call your sister. Log it in two taps — the app times the effort and hands it to your party.
III
Your character changes
That log becomes a finished quest with real XP. Skills wake up, your camp grows, your companions react to what you specifically did. Nothing moves unless you moved.
Basecamp: your briefing, your party, your bar moving.
Inside the game
Real screens, real hero
Quests come from your life, not a template
Tell the forge about a quarterly review, a savings goal, a trip home. Your party reads it and proposes quests built around that week — then you accept the ones you'll actually do, or write your own from scratch.
The Forge: real events in, real quests out
Every quest pays into one pool
Campaign chapters, daily grind ticks, goal steps and logged gym time all feed the same XP total. The server grants it, not the button you pressed — there is no way to fake a level.
Your quest log, with what each one pays
Skills wake up because you earned them
Deep Work, True North, Honest Appetite — twelve skills that rank up from the real quests behind them, plus a class tree you spend hard-earned points in. Higher mastery genuinely boosts the XP that domain pays.
The grid: ranks, auras and your current title
Proof you can look back at
Twelve weeks of days, coloured by what you did. Hours actually spent next to the XP they paid out. Streaks, campaigns, chapters — the honest record of a life, not a vanity chart.
The trail: every square is a day you did something real
Seven parts of a life
Each one is a place in the world, a companion who lives there, and its own XP track.

Straight talk
Nothing is taken away. Miss a week and your XP, gear and history stay exactly where they were. The story just waits for you.
No fake progress. There is no currency to buy, no loot box, no way to purchase a level.
Your life stays yours. Your chronicle, cast, ledger and reflections are private to your account. No bank connections, ever — money entries are typed by you.
Free to start, no card. You build your character before you're ever asked for an email.
MAIN QUEST is an AI-powered coaching and wellness app. Your companions are fictional characters, not licensed professionals.
